Forbidden activities include, but are not limited to:

• Collection of nonpublic information (for example, data behind login)
• DDoS attacks
• Spam, mass posting, or mass messaging
• Ad fraud or click fraud
• Impersonation or spoofing for fraudulent purposes
• Creating fake accounts or fake content
• Use of automated ticket purchasing (ticket bots)
• Raffles, lottery, or gambling abuse
• Fake engagement (likes, comments, shares, or similar)
• Gaming or trading of in-game items/currency where prohibited
• Reselling proxies without Bright Data written approval
• Use of streaming-related domains for prohibited use
• Trading crypto/virtual currency or NFT activity where prohibited
• Search-engine manipulation or fake clicks
• Posting on classified or resale sites for abusive activity
• Completion of incentivized surveys in violation of platform rules
• Any activity violating law, regulations, or third-party rights
